Cancellation & Returns

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it enters production. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible due to the personalized nature of our products.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 3dsmith24@gmail.com with your order number. We will process your cancellation request and issue a refund if the order has not yet entered production.

2. Right of Return

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our 3D-printed products, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that meets any of the following conditions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement:

  • Is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Does not match the description or specifications of your order
  • Has manufacturing defects that affect functionality
  • Was incorrectly personalized (due to our error)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at 3dsmith24@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  • Include photos of the product showing the defect or issue
  • We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return
  • If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement product

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with original packaging if applicable)
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Not be a personalized item that was customized according to your specifications (unless defective)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Personalized products that were customized according to your specifications and are not defective
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered
  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Digital products or downloadable content

6. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.)
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at 3dsmith24@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at 3dsmith24@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Issuing a full refund including shipping costs
  • Providing a partial refund if you choose to keep the item

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

11. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer protection rights, those rights remain in full force and effect.
